Our Professional Liabilities Insurance suite of products offers a convenient package combining Professional Indemnity and Public and Products Liability in one comprehensive policy.
Professional Indemnity is included as standard and Public and Products Liability cover can easily be added, if needed. For IT Consultants, both covers are standard inclusions.

- Claim Mitigations Costs: sub-limit $100,000
- Claim Preparation Costs: sub-limit $25,000
- Court Attendance: sub-limit $50,000
- Automatic cover for related training services, referral services and any expert witness advice
- Breach of Warranty of Authority: sub-limit $250,000
- Free 7-year Run-off Cover for select markets: conditions apply
- Difference in Sub-Limits Cover: 2-year limitation period
- Difference in Conditions Cover: 2-year limitation period
- Extended Continuity of Cover: 1-year limitation for prior policies
- Fidelity Cover: sub-limit $50,000, higher limits may be available

Public and Products Liability
Coverage and additional benefits
- Public and Products Liability: covering legal liability for compensation related to Bodily Injury, Property Damage, or Advertising Liability in connection with your business and your products
- Defence Costs: covers Defence Costs, legal costs awarded against you, reasonable first aid expenses at the time of Bodily Injury and costs for temporary repairs to covered damaged property
- Care, Custody, or Control: covers legal liability for Property Damage to leased or rented premises, temporarily occupied premises, property worked on, employee property, vehicles or contents in your car park, and other property in your temporary control
- Claim Preparation Costs: covers necessary and reasonable expenses (excluding Defence Costs) incurred in preparing the defence to a covered claim
- Cross Liabilities: covers each insured person or entity as if a separate policy were issued without increasing the Limit of Liability
- Joint Venture Liability: covers legal liability arising from participation in joint ventures in connection with your business, excluding coverage for other joint venture parties

- Professional Indemnity: Nil for most professions, with others starting from $1,000
- Public and Products: $250
- Excess is Exclusive or Inclusive depending on profession
